Position Summary / Responsibilities Essential to the Position:
- Work closely with the Account Executives, internal departments, and our Clients to proactively manage all top-level client matters and coordinate projects at a macro level.
- Conduct analysis, create and implement strategic plans.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with high-level marketing executives.
- Provide strategy for creative and media briefs from which all projects will be generated.
- Participate in creative internals, as well as Client presentations.
- Manage project status, production and billing at a macro level.
- Deeply responsible for coordinating the activities of the entire advertising team and administrative staff.
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
- Presenting campaign plans to clients for approval or modification.
- Meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, handling budgets and managing campaign costs.
- Maintaining familiarity with and keeping up with changes in the nature of clients’ products, business and competition.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements and Qualities of a Winning Candidate:
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum 4+ years of advertising account management experience, at least two at a senior level
in an advertising agency, with extensive experience managing single and multi-component projects.
- Demonstrate top-notch organization, an ability to work within processes, attention to detail, and the ability to aggressively manage schedules.
- Possess a passion for the advertising business, creativity, autonomy, and strong strategic planning and implementation skills with a track record of success.
- Considered to be a persuasive communicator
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-changing environment
- Possess a strong understanding of client behavior and strong client-management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, listening, verbal & writing skills, as well as strong and confident presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including Excel) a must
