After years of absence, the Lucky's banner of supermarkets has found its way back into the California scene. But unlike when it launched 56 years ago, the grocery store category has become the Wild West with heavyweights like Safeway, Wal-Mart, WinCo, CostCo and many more fighting for portions of the weekly shopping list. With a very challenging budget, we had to burst back onto the scene in a way that couldn't be ignored.
