Account Executive

We’re looking for an advertising Account Executive who can represent our agency as the poster child for organization, accuracy, coordination and direct and open communication. Someone we can count on to act as the key link between our clients and our agency, and to take on the responsibility of project management for our clients’ campaigns. You’re key to the “pulse” of our clients at all times, empowered to extract the necessary information needed to produce work that will grow business as well as push creative thinking.

Position Summary / Responsibilities Essential to the Position:
- Deeply responsible for coordinating the activities of the entire advertising team and administrative staff.
- Setting up meetings with clients and other agency staff.
- Briefing media, creative and research staff, and assisting in formulating marketing strategies.
- Become the key link between our clients and GM by, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
- Presenting campaign plans to clients for approval or modification.
- Meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, handling budgets and managing campaign costs.
- Writing summary reports, keeping records, financial details and handling the profitability of accounts.
- Undertaking administrative tasks.
- Maintaining familiarity with and keeping up with changes in the nature of clients’ products, business and competition.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements and Qualities of a Winning Candidate:
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum 2+ years of advertising or account management experience
- Considered to be a persuasive communicator
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-changing environment
- Willingness to learn with the necessary drive to perform
- Possess a passion for the advertising business
- Possess a strong understanding of client behavior and strong client-management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, listening, verbal & writing skills, as well as strong and confident presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including Excel) a must
