Assistant Account Executive

The Assistant Account Executive is responsible for providing account management support in coordinating day-to-day activities for the assigned client/product.

Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and ability to re-prioritize as new requests arise. Will have the ability to multi-task, utilize strong time management skills and be extremely detail oriented. Strong interpersonal skills, the desire to learn about the advertising business, the ability to take the initiative, and be able to work somewhat independently are all necessary for our AAEs.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Open new jobs within the agency as directed by Account Supervisor or Executive.
- Prepare weekly client status reports, including reviewing for accuracy
- Prepare monthly billing reports
- Prepare and maintain competitive information files (i.e. promotions, articles, etc.).
- Handle any project work and provide support as requested by the team or Account Supervisor or Executive
- Sending traffic requests and executing Change Orders
- Fulfilling last minute client requests, e.g. researching and compiling reports
- Basic administrative tasks

Agency affect:
At Glass McClure this position is a representation of support and accuracy for our work. They are accountable for working with the Client Services team to ensure that we are detailed, buttoned-up and efficient. They are the support device to free up time for our Account Executives and Account Supervisors to spend their time more appropriately with clients, strategizing for success and growing the base of work.
